their absolute best and achieve sustainable, l results.
My main aim is to help you feel confident in the decisions you make around food, while still enjoying an unrestricted, nourishing diet. Everybody has a unique biology and nutrition requirements will vary from person to person. I'm here to support you in discovering which foods make you and your body feel amazing. I'm an insured and registered member of
the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare
Council (CNHC).

What is your favourite Daily Dose Juice?
From a taste perspective, Strawb is out of this world and from a nutrition perspective I love the V and the turmeric shot.
What is your number one health hack?
Oooo so hard to pick one but I would say - Taste the rainbow 🌈 I make sure I’m eating vegetables and fruit from each of these colour groups daily; red, orange, yellow, green, blue/purple and white.
What is your go-to healthy snack?
I always always always make sure I’m getting a source of protein and healthy fats with my snacks to ensure I’m not spiking my blood sugars. So I usually opt for something like carrot or falafel and hummus, apple with nut butter, trail mix, a smoothie, energy balls or roast curried chickpeas on half an avocado.
