Water

Lemon Juice

Lemon Juice contains a good amount of vitamin C. It also contains potassium, folate, flavonoids and limonene, a phytochemical with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Cayenne Pepper

Cayenne Pepper contains vitamins C, E and K, carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin. It also has a high concentration of capsaicin, which gives cayenne pepper its spicy taste.

Research has shown capsaicin to be good for pain relief, it is anti-inflammatory and stimulates digestion.

Turmeric

Turmeric contains curcumin, which gives turmeric its bright yellow colour and has antimicrobial, antioxidative and anti-inflammatory properties.

It also contains manganese, iron, copper, and magnesium. Turmeric is a good detoxifier.
