REFUND POLICY

If for any reason we deliver a service or product that has not met your expectations, please contact ops@dailydosejuice.co.uk and we will be happy to investigate the situation further and resolve any issues.

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of our business we cannot offer refunds or credits for cancellations after this time.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item is out of stock we will substitute it with the closest match possible. If this is not possible we will issue a refund to the value of the missing item. 

AMENDMENTS TO ORDERS AND PRICING

All prices shown include VAT (where applicable). With the nature of fresh produce and seasonal price fluctuations, currency fluctuations and fuel prices, changes are frequent and unpredictable therefore we may have to adjust our pricing to reflect cost changes.

DELIVERY

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50. We deliver to the whole of the UK and will endeavour to get orders placed before 3pm to you Tuesday-Saturday. 

All juice and fresh produce orders will be delivered chilled and must be refrigerated upon arrival. Please understand that our courier drivers are advised to not leave juice unattended. We will attempt to contact you on the telephone number you provided and it is your responsibility to ensure you are available at this number. Your juices will be sent back to us if no one can sign for delivery and re-delivery will be done at the customer's expense.

If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, supplier failure, courier service disruptions / strikes, vehicle breakdown, traffic, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes. We will not charge you for products that we have not delivered in accordance with these terms and conditions.

You are responsible to inspect your delivery when you receive it. If there are any defects, you may notify us using the contact details on our website. If you do not let us know within 3 hours of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase.

HEALTH

We strongly recommend that you should seek medical advice before starting any cleanse or juice program to determine health risks and suitability. Daily Dose Cleanses may not be suitable for everyone, so please check your GP before undertaking a program. 

Daily Dose does not aim, nor claim, to cure, diagnose or treat any illness. While the website and other information that we may send provides general information on health and nutrition this does not in any way constitute medical advice and is not tailored to your specific requirements.
