I’d like to order juices. When will my juices arrive?

Standard delivery is 1-2 working days. We deliver Tuesday-Saturday. If you would like to request a delivery day past this time there is space to make this request on the order form. Please note we cannot accommodate delivery day requests that are earlier than the standard 1-2 days, only later.

How will my juices arrive?

We use DPD to deliver juices across the UK. You will receive tracking details once shipped. Orders arrive in insulated packaging with ice packs and must be refrigerated immediately.

Do you deliver outside London?

Yes, we deliver outside London with standard 1–2 working day delivery Tuesday–Saturday.

What happens if an item is missing from my order?

Please email ops@dailydosejuice.co.uk and we will refund or resend missing items.

How can I store my juices? Can they be frozen?

Keep juices refrigerated below 5°C. They are not suitable for freezing.

What is the shelf life of the juices?

Most juices have 14+ days shelf life on delivery, except Glorious Greens which has 10+ days.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes, all packaging is recyclable including rPET bottles and cardboard materials.

Are you a sustainable company?

We use surplus produce and convert waste into energy. Sustainability is a core focus and ongoing improvement area.

What is cold pressed?

Cold pressing extracts juice without heat, helping preserve nutrients, flavour, and freshness.

I am not happy with my order, can I return it?

Due to perishable goods, we do not offer returns or refunds.

How is the shelf life so long?

We use High Pressure Processing (HPP), which extends shelf life without heat while preserving nutrients.
