Negroni, Sbagliato, with Prosecco, Daily Dose style!

What is a Negroni? What is a sbagliato? Alcohol free Negroni recipe

Turns out we’re all suddenly Negroni obsessed! If you’re not, then perhaps you’ve not yet fallen victim to the viral TikTok trend. The question is what is a Negroni? Never heard of a Sbagliato? We’re here to dot the I’s and cross the T’s, think of us as your personal connoisseurs.

The Negroni is a classic Italian cocktail made with one part gin, one part sweet vermouth and one part Campari. A Sbaglaito on the other hand is simply a Negroni topped up with prosecco for a delightfully bubbly drink.

Now, whilst we’re not trying to play with a classic, be offering up a mocktail to tickle the taste buds. Say hello to the Daily Dose NO-groni, think, all the taste, minus the alcohol and even more decadence!

Daily Dose NO-groni

Ingredients

30ml Zenzero

30ml Lyre’s Aperitif Rosso

30ml Orange bitters

1 Orange slice, to garnish

Method

Mix the ingredients together in a tumbler or old-fashioned glass with a few ice cubes until cold. Garnish with an orange slice.

For a Daily Dose Sbagliato we suggest topping with tonic water for a bitter addition or sparkling water for something slightly sweeter!

Enjoy!
