Oranges are a great source of vitamin C, B vitamins, vitamin A, calcium, iron, carotenes, pectin, potassium, and flavonoids such as hesperidin which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Oranges also contain a good amount of fibre. 

Citrus pectin is a great binder for toxins. It can bind to toxins such as heavy metals, like mercury, as it goes through your digestive system, without binding to nutrients. 

Lemon Juice contains a good amount of vitamin C. It also contains potassium, folate, flavonoids and limonene, a phytochemical with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Cherries are a low-sugar fruit and a great source of flavonoids such as anthocyanidins and proanthocyanidins, which not only give cherries their amazing colour, but are also powerful antioxidants.

Cherries also have anti-inflammatory components, and contain many nutrients such as vitamin C, vitamin A, potassium, copper manganese and magnesium. 

Compared to sweet cherries, sour cherries have much higher levels of antioxidants, and they also contain melatonin, a hormone that plays a role in your natural sleep-wake cycle.
